OpenSurvey Primary Services
  • OpenSurvey's service levels are tiered to accommodate small and large organizations alike.
  • Each level is based on the number of users each organization requires to complete research operations.
  • Pricing includes the total monthly service & license fees to OpenSurvey.NET for either the user (per user) or administrator (per group), a monthly license to run OpenSurvey on a PocketPC device (device ID must be provided to validate license), and monthly access to the upload (file management) and analytical (reporting) interfaces.
  • Rates begin at $30.00 monthly per user and are tiered with an avarage cost savings of 5-10% between levels above 5, 10, 25, 50 and 100 users. Enterprise licensing is available for groups of more than 100 users.

ADDITIONAL TERMS
 
  • A three month start-up service period is required of all groups. After the first three months, the organization may choose to accept service on a month to month basis, with an automatic renewal every twelve months. In order for data to be maintained in the database, service for survey data must be sustained.
  • The monthly service fee includes the first thirty minutes of support. Additional support services are charged in thirty minute intervals.
  • Registered program/survey administrators have access to OpenSurvey's 'Problems & Solutions Knowledgebase' and the online help/service.
  • The default reporting interface includes prevalence data and tabular format data download.
 
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
  • Custom reports may be incorporated into the online reporting interface for on-demand reporting at the report development and implementation fee (typically between $200 and $500 depending on complexity). After providing specifications against the existing survey, development costs and implementation timeframe will be quoted.
  • A Mobile Control Interface may be installed on devices connected to a wireless network for remote technical assistance at an additional $10.00 per month per device. Mobile Control Support Service allows for 1 hour of support free per month per installed device. This allows for remote access to your device by OpenSurvey's trained support team to resolve issues in the most expedited manner.
  • Surveying equipment may be leased through WRSG for between $20 - $60 per month per device, depending on equipment configuration and lease timeframe (minimum three month service/equipment lease required - devices that are leased are REQUIRED to use the Mobile Control Interface service).
