OpenSurvey.net was developed to provide non-technical organizations an easy mechanism through which to create, distribute and collect survey information. It is based on a cloud-based and mobile infrastructure that enables a secure, on-demand, online compilation and review of survey results. No longer is one required to gather information and then enter that information into a computer system. OpenSurvey allows individuals to collect survey information on mobile devices and tablets and instantaneously upload that information to a database, thereby effectively utilizing personnel by eliminating redundancy throughout the surveying process.

OpenSurvey's dynamic interface allows each user to easily create the survey that is most appropriate for the task at hand. Through an online administrative interface, the user creates a survey that is then published through an Internet or mobile interface. Once the data is collected it is either directly updated or transmitted back to a central integrated database server which generates a summary of the analytical data for collaborative review through OpenSurvey's secure online portal.
